Weft lubrication for weaving
LUBRY SMALL is one of the most significant recent innovations in weft lubrication on the loom. Developed and patented in Italy by Nuova Rimates, it sharply lowers the weft's friction coefficient and improves its glide.
The result: up to half the loom stops, higher machine efficiency and, above all, half the stop-related fabric defects such as start-up marks and thin places.
Even lubrication
A special yarn-guide eyelet at the inlet lets the yarn use the package balloon: it runs in a zig-zag while rotating on itself and is lubricated evenly around its whole circumference.
