How oil lubrication works
The yarn runs in a zig-zag over a small oil-impregnated frame and is lubricated only while it moves: distribution is more even and consistent than with wax, with fewer breaks and less fluff.

Compressed air and water are mixed in a self-cleaning nozzle and atomised into very fine droplets that disperse in the air without wetting machines or floors.

In the Humy Vap chamber, yarn packages are treated with hot steam until they regain the correct moisture content: the yarn recovers weight, strength and a softer hand, free of static. A touch-screen controller sets cycle time, humidity and temperature.
