From our base in Spirano, near Bergamo, we design and build yarn lubrication and air humidification systems for spinning, weaving and knitting mills in Italy and abroad. Every system grows out of hands-on experience on the mill floor: we study each customer's needs, propose the best-suited solution and support it over time with our technical service.
Our history
- 1991After ten years as a textile technician at one of Italy's leading textile companies, Carlo Guarnerio founds Nuova Rimates.
- 1994First patent: LUBRIFIL, a system that lubricates yarn with oil instead of solid wax on winders and doublers, quickly successful in Italy and abroad.
- 2000LUBRY SMALL is launched for weft creels on the loom.
- 2015LUBRY KNIT follows, for knitting machines, and the range grows with mobile and fixed dry fog humidifiers.
- TodayThe HUMY line adds ceiling and on-loom humidification and the HUMY VAP steam chamber for yarn package moisture regain.
